Silent auctions from a phone.
For charities, school PTAs, clubs, and community groups. Any fundraiser, really.

Before
Add prizes from the camera and print a tent card for each one. Print the sheet, tape it to the table, and go enjoy your evening.
During
Guests scan, join with a name and email, and bid. If someone goes higher they see Outbid on the phone. The countdown is honest.
After
Close when you are ready. The winners list names who takes what. Tick Paid as prizes leave, then export the spreadsheet.
Outbid alerts, max bids, and a short soft close mean nobody can wait and snipe. People bid earlier, and prices have room to climb.
No tips asked of guests, no cut of the money, no card needed to look. If that ever changes you will hear it from us first, and anything you have already run stays as it is.
